Cílem práce je zpracování strategické analýzy společnosti, která v současné době vstupuje na nový trh v oblasti zdravotnictví. V teoretické části této práce jsou představeny metody a nástroje, které jsou při provádění strategických analýz používány. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány v podmínkách konkrétní společnosti. Výstupem práce je identifikace slabých a silných stránek společnosti, hrozeb a příležitostí, které pro ni představuje její okolí. The main aim of the graduation theses is to work up the strategic analysis in given company which is currently entering market in health service area. In theoretical part there are introduced methods and tools which are used when processing the strategic analysis. In practical part there are those methods applied in particular company. The output of the theses is identification of weaknesses, strenghtnesses, threats and opportunities (swot analysis).
