Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současné pozice vybraného podniku při implementaci Průmyslu 4.0 a na formulování doporučení a změn k optimalizaci tohoto procesu. Průmysl 4.0 představuje revoluční přístup k výrobě a řízení podnikání, využívající moderní technologie, automatizaci a digitalizaci. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit možnosti zavádění Průmyslu 4.0 ve vybraném podniku a navrhnout doporučení a změny ke zlepšení. Práce je založena na teoretických základech Průmyslu 4.0 a zkoumá praktické aplikace v podniku. Metodika zahrnuje sběr dat prostřednictvím pozorování ve vybrané podniku. Na základě shromážděných informací jsou identifikovány klíčové oblasti, ve kterých se podnik může zlepšit. V závěru práce jsou formulována konkrétní doporučení a navrhují se změny, které přispějí k efektivnější implementaci Průmyslu 4.0. This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the current position of the selected company in the implementation of Industry 4.0 and the formulation of recommendations and changes to optimize this process. Industry 4.0 represents a revolutionary approach to manufacturing and business management, using modern technology, automation and digitalization. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the possibilities of implementing Industry 4.0 in a selected enterprise and to propose recommendations and changes for improvement. The thesis is based on the theoretical foundations of Industry 4.0 and explores practical applications in the enterprise. The methodology involves data collection through observation in the selected enterprise. Based on the information collected, key areas in which the enterprise can improve are identified. The paper concludes with specific recommendations and suggests changes that will contribute to a more effective implementation of Industry 4.0.
