Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou investičního rozhodování. V teoretické části jsou popsány fáze a postupy investičního rozhodování včetně identifikace očekávaných prvků, které projekt přinese. V této části jsou vysvětleny metody hodnocení efektivnosti včetně jejich výpočtů. V závěru je vysvětlena funkce finanční analýzy při posuzování finanční stability podniku. Praktická část se nejdříve věnuje přiblížení podniku a jeho finanční situaci pomocí finanční analýzy. Na základě této analýzy je vybrán vhodný zdroj financování. V další části se podrobně vyšetřují prvky zvoleného projektu, které jsou vybranými metodami hodnocení efektivnosti zhodnoceny. Pro výpočet byla zvolena metoda čisté současné hodnoty a diskontovaná doba návratnosti. Výsledky metod jsou vyhodnoceny a na jejich základě je vyhotoveno doporučení pro podnik. V poslední části je sestaven finanční plán bez realizace investičního projektu. Pro posouzení vlivu realizace projektu na finanční stabilitu je tento finanční plán upraven o jednu z variant projektu. Z obou finančních plánu jsou vypočítány vybrané finanční ukazatele, díky jejichž komparaci dojde ke zhodnocení vlivu na finanční stabilitu. V závěru se nachází souhrn výsledků a doporučení. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of investment decision-making. In the theoretical part, the stages and procedures of investment decision-making are described, including the identification of the expected elements that the project will bring. This section explains the effectiveness assessment methods, including their calculation. In the conclusion, the function of financial analysis in assessing the financial stability of the company is explained. The practical part first deals with approaching the company and its financial situation using financial analysis. Based on this analysis, a suitable source of financing is selected. In the next part, the elements of the chosen project are investigated in detail, which are evaluated using selected methods of effectiveness assessment. The net present value method and the discounted payback period were chosen for the calculation. The results of the methods are evaluated and based on them a recommendation for the company is drawn up. In the last part, a financial plan is drawn up without the implementation of the investment project. In order to assess the impact of project implementation on financial stability, this financial plan is modified by one of the project variants. Selected financial indicators are calculated from both financial plans, thanks to which comparison the impact on financial stability will be evaluated. At the end, there is a summary of the results and recommendations.
