Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem je realizován management poskytování aktivizačních a sociálně terapeutických činností v domově se zvláštním režimem v kontextu multidisciplinární péče. První dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, jaké jsou silné a slabé stránky v oblasti managementu aktivizačních a sociálně terapeutických činností. Druhým dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, jaké jsou největší výzvy a překážky v oblasti managementu aktivizačních a sociálně terapeutických činností. Třetím dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem probíhá spolupráce mezi jednotlivými profesemi v multidisciplinárním týmu. Výzkumná část byla realizována na základě kvalitativní výzkumné strategie. Využita byla metoda dotazování a technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Data byla zpracována pomocí otevřeného kódování a metody zakotvené teorie. Informanti byli vybráni na základě účelového výběru. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 5 informantů, který byli pracovníky pobytové sociální služby. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že management aktivizačních a sociálně terapeutických činností v zařízení probíhá spíše přirozeně a je ovlivněno osobními přístupy jednotlivých pracovníků. Přestože v zařízení chybí pevně daný systém pro organizaci aktivizačních činností, byly identifikovány silné stránky, jako je individuální přístup k uživatelům a snaha o spolupráci mezi profesemi. Mezi hlavní překážky patří nedostatečná komunikace mezi členy týmu, nejasné vymezení rolí a nedostatek personálu. Výsledky také ukázaly, že rodiny uživatelů mají významný vliv na průběh aktivizací, a to jak pozitivní, tak negativní. Tato diplomová práce může být využita jako zpětná vazba pro zařízení a zároveň může být využito pro koncepci a rozvoj aktivizačních činností a terapií uživatelů v domově se zvláštním režimem. The thesis aimed to explore how activation and social therapy activities are managed in a special care home within the context of multidisciplinary care. The specific objetives were to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the management of these activities, to determine the main challenges and obstacles, and to investigate the cooperation between different professions within the multidisciplinary team. A qualitative research approach was used, employing semi-structured interview. Data was analyzed using open coding and grounded theory. Participants were selected purposefully, and the sample consisted of five employees of the residential social service. The study found that the management of activation and social therapy activities in the facility was rather informal and influenced by the personal approaches of individual staff members. Although there was no fixed system for organizing these activities, strengths such as an individual approach to users and efforts towards interprofessional collaboration were identified. The main challenges included insufficient communication among team members, unclear role definitions, and staff shortages. The results also showed that user´s families have a significant impact on the course of the activities, both positively and negatively. This thesis can be used as feedback for the facility and can also serve as a basis for the conception and development of activation activities and therapies for users in special care homes.
