[cze][eng] Fungování dětských domovů, spokojenost a motivace jeho pracovníků jsou klíčovými faktory k úspěšnému fungování ústavních zařízení. Diplomová práce na téma Analýza potřeb vybraných dětských domovů ukazuje pracovníky, vedoucí a ředitele vybraných dětských domovů. Vymezuje jejich potřeby a představy pro fungování zařízení a ukazuje jejich motivace. První část teoretické práce se zabývá členy multidisciplinárního týmu, který působí v dětském domově jako činitel výchovy. V další teoretické části jsou pak představeny jednotlivé teorie potřeb. Praktická část si klade za cíl vymezit potřeby nejen pracovníků dětských domovů, ale i jejich vedení. Porovnat jejich představy a potřeby a poukázat na odlišnosti, které vnímají ve fungování organizace i vlastním pracovním procesu. Výzkum byl realizován kvalitativním šetřením, k analýze výsledků bylo použito otevřené kódování. Výstupy byly zpracovány graficky. Byly zjištěny podobnosti i odlišnosti mezi vedením a pracovníky dětského domova, kdy vedení dětských domovů chybí nejvíce podpora fundraisingu. Naopak pracovníci jako nejvíce potřebnou vnímají možnost komunikace a podpory a to nejen mezi kolegy, ale očekávají tuto podporu i od vedení a dále hledají příklady dobré praxe, které by mohly implementovat do svých pracovních postupů. Vedoucí pracovníci pak hledají možnosti, jak tyto nové postupy představovat a přibližovat. Práce by mohla nalézt své praktické uplatnění především v institucích kde mi bylo umožněno realizovat výzkum a kde byl zájem o výsledky výzkumu. Dále může být zdrojem pro další ředitele či širší vedení zařízení ústavní výchovy. Pro ty může být práce možným uceleným zdrojem informací v tom, co vnímají jejich pracovníci jako důležité a potřebné při výkonu své profese.The functioning of children's homes, and the satisfaction and motivation of their staff, are key factors for the successful operation of institutional facilities. The master's thesis on the topic "Analysis of Needs in Selected Children's Homes" examines the needs, perceptions, and motivations of staff, managers, and directors in selected children's homes. The first part of the theoretical section focuses on the members of the multidisciplinary team who work in children's homes as agents of education. The subsequent theoretical section presents various theories of needs. The practical part aims to define the needs of not only the staff but also the management of children's homes. It seeks to compare their perceptions and needs and highlight the differences they perceive in the functioning of the organization and their work processes. The research was conducted through qualitative investigation, with open coding used for data analysis. The results were graphically presented. The findings revealed both similarities and differences between the management and staff of children's homes. The management identified a significant need for fundraising support, while the staff viewed communication and support as the most critical needs. This includes support not only among colleagues but also from the management, along with examples of best practices they can implement in their work routines. Managers are looking for ways to introduce and promote these new practices. This work could find practical application primarily in the institutions where the research was conducted and where there was an interest in the research results. It can also serve as a resource for other directors or senior management of institutional education facilities, providing a comprehensive source of information on what their staff perceives as important and necessary for their professional performance.
