Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na teorii etnicity v sociální práci. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny teorie etnicity, tak jak je chápe sociální a kulturní antropologie. V dalších kapitolách se pak zaměřuje na psychologické a etické aspekty tohoto fenoménu a především na způsob, jakým se pojetí etnické odlišnosti promítá do sociální práce s menšinami. Poslední část práce je věnovaná kvalitativní obsahové analýze odborných textů zaměřených na tuto oblast. Teoretická část diplomové práce představuje východiska pro samotný výzkum a tvorbu analytických kategorií. Zásadními sledovanými faktory, jsou výroky v textu, které se týkají: etnicity, původu, fyzického vzhledu, kultury, stigmatizace. Zejména sledují jakým způsobem, a zda vůbec, je reflektován fenomén vztahu mezi skupinami. The diploma thesis focuses on the social theory of ethnicity. In the theoretical part of the work, theories of ethnicity are presented, as understood by social and cultural anthropology. In the following chapters, the focus is mainly on the psychological and ethical aspects of this phenomenon and on the way in which the concept of ethnic difference is reflected in social work with minorities. The last part of the work is devoted to the qualitative content analysis of professional texts focused on this area. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis represents the starting points for the research itself and the creation of analytical categories. The essential monitored factors are statements in the text that relate to: ethnicity, origin, physical appearance, culture, stigmatization. In particular, they observe how, and whether at all, the phenomenon of the relationship between groups is reflected.
