[cze][eng] Celoživotní vzdělávání sester pracujících v agenturách domácí péče se stává stále důležitějším aspektem k zajištění vysoké kvality péče poskytované klientům v jejich domácím prostředí. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výzvy, přínosy a strategie spojené s celoživotním vzděláváním sester v kontextu agentur domácí péče. Teoretická část zahrnuje analýzu literatury a je strukturována do čtyř větších kapitol. První kapitola objasňuje cíle, formy, výhody a nevýhody, indikace a poskytovatele agentury domácí péče. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje role sestry v agentuře domácí péče. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na současné vzdělávání všeobecných sester. A čtvrtá část popisuje formy, faktory a význam celoživotního vzdělávání v agenturách domácí péče. V empirické části je pomocí otevřeného kódování popsána a analyzována zkušenost deseti informantek, které pracují jako všeobecné sestry v agenturách domácí péče. Bohaté zkušenosti a znalosti dokládají názornými ukázkami z praxe. Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukazují, že sestry v agenturách domácí péče čelí různorodým vzdělávacím potřebám včetně odborných dovedností, komunikace s pacienty a rodinami, řízení času a podpory pacienta v domácím prostředí. Celoživotní vzdělávání je klíčové pro zlepšení kvality péče, zvýšení spokojenosti klientů a sester a snížení rizika komplikací. Strategie pro podporu celoživotního vzdělávání sester zahrnují vytváření přístupných a flexibilních vzdělávacích programů, podporu mentorství a peer-to-peer učení, využití technologií pro e-learning a poskytování podpory pro profesní rozvoj. Důležitým prvkem je také zapojení vedení agentur domácí péče a podpora ze strany organizací zdravotní péče. Tato diplomová práce přináší poznatky, které mohou být využity pro vytvoření efektivních strategií celoživotního vzdělávání sester v agenturách domácí péče s cílem zlepšit péči poskytovanou klientům v domácím prostředí. Lifelong learning for nurses working in home care agencies is becoming an increasingly important aspect to ensure high quality care provided to clients in their home environment. This thesis focuses on the challenges, benefits and strategies associated with lifelong learning of nurses in the context of home care agencies. The theoretical part includes the analysis of literature and is structured into four larger chapters. The first chapter clarifies the objectives, forms, advantages and disadvantages, indications and providers of home care agencies. The second chapter characterizes the role of a nurse in a home care agency. The third chapter focuses on the current education of general nurses. And the fourth chapter describes the forms, factors and importance of lifelong learning in home care agencies. In the empirical part, the experience of ten informants who work as general nurses in home care agencies is described and analysed using open coding. Their rich experience and knowledge are illustrated by practical examples. The results of the research show that nurses in home care agencies face a variety of educational needs, including professional skills, communication with patients and families, time management, and client support in the home environment. Lifelong learning is crucial to improve the quality of care, increase client and nurse satisfaction, and reduce the risk of complications. Strategies to promote lifelong learning for nurses include creating accessible and flexible educational programmes, promoting mentorship and peer-to-peer learning, using technology for e-learning, and providing support for professional development. An important element is also the involvement of the management of home care agencies and the support of health care organizations. This diploma thesis brings knowledge that can be used to create effective lifelong learning strategies for nurses in home care agencies in order to improve the care provided to clients in the home environment.
