[cze][eng] Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivaci sester pro práci v hospici. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit hlavní motivační faktor sester k práci v hospicu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty motivační faktory v práci ve zdravotnictví, rozdělení hospicové a paliativní péče, potřeby umírajících pacientů, důstojná péče a umírání a potřeby sester v hospicové péči. Empirická část diplomové práce byla zpracována pomocí kvantitativně-kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Byl stanoven hlavní cíl a následně v rámci kvantitativního výzkumného šetření definovány 4 hypotézy, které byly statisticky analyzovány. Pro kvalitativní výzkumné šetření byly stanoveny dvě výzkumné otázky. První z nich zní "Jaké jsou hlavní důvody sester pro volbu povolání v hospici?" Druhá výzkumná otázka zní: "Co sestry pracující v hospici nejvíce motivuje?" Výzkumný soubor tvořily sestry pracující v hospicích Jihočeského, Plzeňského, Středočeského kraje a Prahy. Pro techniku sběru dat ke kvantitativnímu výzkumu bylo použito dotazníkového šetření. Ke kvalitativnímu výzkumu byly provedeny hloubkové rozhovory. Rozhovory byly vedeny se šesti sestrami pracující v jednom z Jihočeských hospiců. Výzkumným šetření bylo zjištěno, že hlavní motivační faktor pro sestry pracující v hospici je zajímavost práce (51 %), následovalo společenské poslání (32 %), u 16 % to byla osobní zkušenost a 1 % sester uvedlo finanční ocenění. Z rozhovorů pak vyšel jako hlavní motivační faktor touha pomáhat druhým. Výstupem mé diplomové práce je osnova přednášky na téma, jak motivovat sestry pro práci v hospici. O výsledcích z výzkumu bude informován management hospiců v Jihočeském, Středočeském, Plzeňském kraji a v Praze.This diploma thesis focuses on the motivation of nurses to work in hospice. The thesis aimed to determine the primary motivating factors for nurses working in hospice. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part summarizes motivational factors in healthcare, the division of hospice and palliative work, the needs of dying patients, dignified care and dying, and the needs of nurses in hospice care. The empirical part of the thesis was processed using quantitative-qualitative research. The main goal was set, and four hypotheses were defined and statistically analysed in the quantitative research. In the qualitative study, two research questions were asked. The first is "What are the main reasons nurses choose hospice as a career?" The second research question is: "What motivates nurses working in hospice the most?" The research sample included South Bohemian, Pilsen, Central Bohemian, and Prague hospice nurses. Data collection in quantitative research was done using a questionnaire survey. In-depth interviews were conducted as part of the qualitative research. The interviews were conducted with six nurses working in one hospice in South Bohemia. The research showed that the primary motivating factor for nurses working in hospice was the interest in the work (51%), followed by the social mission (32%), 16% said it was a personal experience, and 1% of nurses mentioned financial reward. From the interviews, the primary motivation was the desire to help others. The output of the thesis is a lecture outline on how to motivate nurses to work in hospice. The research results will be shared with the management of hospices in South Bohemian, Central Bohemian, Pilsen, and Prague.
