[cze][eng] Tato diplomová práce se zabývá úrovní znalostí v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva u studentů vysokých škol ekonomického zaměření v Jihočeském kraji. Problematika ochrany obyvatelstva v posledních letech nabývá na významu a její nedílnou součástí je i připravenost samotného obyvatelstva. Studenti vysokých škol ekonomického zaměření, kteří disponují potřebnými znalosti z oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva mohou přispět k zajišťování bezpečnosti a stability nejen v rámci svých budoucích pracovních pozic, které bývají mnohdy vedoucího charakteru, tak i v širším společenském kontextu. Jedním z cílů mé práce bylo přiblížit oblast ochrany obyvatelstva a ekonomiky a nastínit jejich vzájemnou souvislost. Převážná část kapitol teoretické části byla tedy po prostudování příslušné a dostupné odborné literatury, legislativy, koncepčních a strategických dokumentů, výročních zpráv a internetových zdrojů věnována ochraně obyvatelstva. Závěrečné kapitoly se nesly v duchu ekonomie a ekonomiky a byly záměrně řazeny tak, aby z nich postupně a přirozeně vyplynula vzájemná souvislost právě mezi samotnou ekonomikou a ochranou obyvatelstva. Druhým cílem předkládané práce bylo otestovat a zjistit úroveň informovanosti v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva u studentů vysokých škol ekonomického zaměření v Jihočeském kraji a následně komparovat výsledky mezi studenty nižších a vyšších ročníků a studenty různých typů vysokých škol ekonomického zaměření. K získání dat byla využita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu, konkrétně dotazníkového šetření, jež bylo zrealizováno online formou prostřednictvím webového portálu Survio.com. Ke zpracování a vyhodnocení dat 222 studentů, kteří poskytli kompletní odpovědi, byl využit program Microsoft Excel. Hypotéza H1, a to že studenti vyšších ročníků vysokých škol ekonomického zaměření v Jihočeském kraji disponují statisticky vyššími úrovněmi znalostí v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva v porovnání se studenty nižších ročníků a hypotéza H2 a to, že úroveň znalostí studentů v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva závisí na typu jimi navštěvované vysoké školy ekonomického zaměření v Jihočeském kraji byly za pomoci stanovených nulových a alternativních hypotéz ověřeny pomocí 2 testu nezávislosti v kontingenčních tabulkách. Statisticky významně vyšší úrovně znalostí dosahovali studenti nižších ročníků a závislost mezi úrovní znalostí a typem navštěvované vysoké školy ekonomického zaměření v Jihočeském kraji nebyla prokázána, tudíž ani jednu ze stanovených hypotéz nebylo možné přijmout. Tato diplomová práce může být nápomocná nejen studentům vysokých škol ekonomického zaměření k pochopení důležitosti vzdělávání v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva, rozšíření či upevnění jejich základních znalostí této problematiky, nýbrž i široké laické veřejnosti, která by o tuto tématiku projevila z vlastní iniciativy zájem. Taktéž by práce mohla posloužit jakožto námět pro následující kvalifikační práce. This thesis deals with the level of knowledge in the field of population protection among students of universities of economic specialization in the South Bohemia Region. The issue of population protection has been gaining importance in recent years and an integral part of it is the preparedness of the population itself. Students of universities of economic studies who have the necessary knowledge in the field of population protection can contribute to ensuring security and stability not only in their future jobs, which are often of a managerial nature, but also in the wider social context. One of the aims of my work was to introduce the field of public protection and the economy and to outline their interrelationship. Thus, the bulk of the chapters of the theoretical part were devoted to population protection after studying relevant and available literature, legislation, conceptual and strategic documents, annual reports and internet sources. The final chapters were in the spirit of economics and economics and were deliberately arranged in such a way that the interrelationship between economics and population protection would gradually and naturally emerge. The second aim of the present work was to test and determine the level of awareness in the field of population protection among students of universities of economic orientation in the South Bohemia Region and then to compare the results between students of lower and upper years and students of different types of universities of economic orientation. To obtain the data, a quantitative research method was used, namely a questionnaire survey, which was conducted online through the web portal Survio.com. Microsoft Excel was used to process and evaluate the data of 222 students who provided complete responses. Hypothesis H1, namely that students of higher years of universities of economic specialization in the South Bohemia Region possess statistically higher levels of knowledge in the field of population protection compared to students of lower years, and hypothesis H2, namely that the level of knowledge of students in the field of population protection depends on the type of university of economic specialization attended by them in the South Bohemia Region, were tested using the established null and alternative hypotheses by means of 2 test of independence in contingency tables. Statistically significantly higher level of knowledge was achieved by the students of lower years and the dependence between the level of knowledge and the type of attended university of economics in the South Bohemia region was not proved, therefore none of the hypotheses could be accepted. This thesis can be helpful not only to students of colleges of economic orientation to understand the importance of education in the field of population protection, expanding or consolidating their basic knowledge of this issue, but also to the general general public who would be interested in this topic on their own initiative. The thesis could also serve as a topic for the following qualification papers.
