Problematika znečištění vodních zdrojů emergentními mikropolutanty představuje pro obor vodárenství stále aktuální výzvu. Tato práce se věnuje nejrozšířenějším mikropolutantům jako jsou pesticidy, léčiva a tzv. endokrinní disruptory (per- a polyfluoralkylové látky, bisfenol A nebo ftaláty). Dále je pozornost věnována vodárenským technologiím pro odstranění těchto mikropolutantů z vody upravované pro pitné účely. Jedná se o adsorpci na aktivním uhlí, pokročilé oxidační procesy a membránové procesy. V praktické části je řešena lokalita Chroustov u Bohdalova, kde jsou dlouhodobě pozorovány nadlimitní koncentrace pesticidu acetochlor ESA. Následně je pro tuto lokalitu proveden návrh technologického stupně pro odstranění daného znečištění jakožto doplnění stávající technologie úpravy vody na vodojemu Chroustov. The issue of contamination of water sources by emerging micropollutants is an ongoing challenge for the water industry. This thesis is focused on the most common micropollutants such as pesticides, pharmaceuticals and endocrine disruptors (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, bisphenol A or phthalates). In addition, attention is given to water treatment technologies for the removal of these micropollutants from water treated for drinking purposes. These include adsorption on activated carbon, advanced oxidation processes and membrane processes. The practical part deals with the site Chroustov u Bohdalova, where above-limit concentrations of the pesticide acetochlor ESA have been observed. Subsequently, a design of a technological stage for the removal of the mentioned pollution is made for this site as a supplement to the existing water treatment technology at the Chroustov water reservoir.
