Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá vývojem SPM sondy nové generace, konktrétně tvorbou a modifikací nanostruktur v komoře elektronového mikroskopu. V rámci předložené práce se věnujeme popisu vedení světla v standardních optických vláknech a popisu vedení světla a plynu vlákny na bázi fotonického krystalu. Dále popisujeme využité metody (depozice indukovaná elektronovým svazkem, depozice z plynné fáze) pro tvorbu nanostruktur. V experimentální části se věnujeme návrhu a následnému testování sestav využitých pro tvorbu nanostruktur. Výsledky ukazují, že námi použitá metoda je úspěšná a nabízí tak novou možnost tvorby nanostruktur na Ústavu fyzikálního inženýrství, FSI VUT. This bachelor thesis deals with the development of a new generation of SPM probes, specifically the creation and modification of nanostructures in SEM. In the framework of the presented work, we describe the light guidance in standard optical fibers and the light and gas guidance through photonic crystal fibers. We also describe the methods used (electron beam induced deposition, chemical vapour deposition) for the creation of nanostructures. In the experimental part we discuss the design and subsequent testing of the setups used for the creation of nanostructures. The results show that our method is successful and thus offers a new possibility for the creation of nanostructures at the Institute of Physical Engineering, FME BUT.
