Tato práce se zabývá konstrukcí kuličkového šroubu pracujícího jako součást mechanismu posuvu stolu v rámci vakuového tribometru typu „pin on plate“. Pracovní prostředí uvnitř tribometru simuluje reálné podmínky vesmírného prostředí, jako je vakuum a vysoké teplotní rozdíly. Konstrukce kuličkového šroubu tedy musí respektovat především parametry provozního prostředí a dále rozměrovou kompatibilitu se sestavou tribometru. Výsledná konstrukce tohoto mechanismu bude tudíž provedena na základě kritické rešerše již existujících řešení a postupů, koncepčních návrhů konkrétních řešení a dále výpočtů a volby normalizovaných konstrukčních parametrů a parametrů ovlivňujících dopady provozního prostředí. Na základě těchto výpočtů byly zjištěny výsledné kontaktní tlaky a deformace mezi valivými elementy a jejich drahami, způsobené teplotní roztažností. Tyto výpočty vychází především z Hertzovy teorie kontaktních tlaků. Následně byla provedena jejich kontrola vůči jejich dovoleným hodnotám. Výstupem této práce je vyhovující konstrukční řešení kuličkového šroubu a příslušná výkresová dokumentace. This work deals with the construction of a ball screw acting as part of the table feed mechanism within a vacuum tribometer of the "pin on plate" type. The working environment inside the tribometer simulates real conditions of the space environment such as vacuum and high temperature differences. Therefore, the construction of the ball screw must primarily respect the parameters of the operating environment and further dimensional compatibility with the tribometer assembly. The resulting construction of this mechanism will be based on critical research of existing solutions and procedures, conceptual designs of specific solutions, as well as calculations and selection of standardized construction parameters and parameters affecting the impacts of the operating environment. Based on these calculations, resulting contact pressures and deformations between rolling elements and their tracks caused by thermal expansion were determined. These calculations are primarily based on Hertz's theory of contact pressures. Subsequently, their verification against their permissible values was carried out. The output of this work is a satisfactory design solution of the ball screw and corresponding drawing documentation.
