Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na právní povědomí dětí navštěvujících nízkoprahová zařízení pro děti a mládež. Teoretická část se zabývá historií postavení dítěte ve společnosti, Úmluvou o právech dítěte a dalšími klíčovými dokumenty týkajícími se práv dítěte a věnuje se také technikami a metodami sociální práce v nízkoprahovém zařízení pro děti a mládež. Práce se dále zabývá prací sociálních pracovníků v těchto zařízeních a jejich naplňováním práv dětí. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit právní povědomí dětí navštěvujících nízkoprahová zařízení pro děti a mládež a jakou roli v jeho budování má sociální pracovník. Metodou byl kombinovaný typ výzkumu. Kvantitativní části výzkumu se zúčastnilo 94 respondentů, kteří pomocí řízeného rozhovoru odpovídali na otázky v dotazníku vytvořeném prof. Garym Meltonem. Kvalitativní části se zúčastnilo 5 pracovníků, kteří pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru umožnili hlubší pochopení toho, jak sociální pracovníci přispívají k budování právního povědomí. Ve výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že věk nemá tak výrazný vliv na postoj dětí k přiznávání práv, jak by se dalo předpokládat. Rozdíl v přiznávání práv byl v určitých situacích mezi dívkami a chlapci. Sociální pracovníci budují právní povědomí pomocí přímé práce s klienty. Výsledky této práce mohou poskytnout důležité informace pro další rozvoj a efektivní práci v oblasti ochrany a naplňování práv dítěte. This bachelor thesis focuses on the legal awareness of children attending low-threshold facilities for children and youth. The theoretical part deals with the history of the child's position in society, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and other key documents related to the rights of the child, and also focuses on techniques and methods of social work in low threshold facilities for children and youth. The thesis also deals with the work of social workers in these facilities and their implementation of children's rights. The aim of the research was to find out the legal awareness of children attending low- threshold facilities for children and youth and what role the social worker has in building it. The method used was a combined type of research. The quantitative part of the research involved 94 respondents who answered questions in a questionnaire developed by prof. Gary Melton using a guided interview. The qualitative part involved 5 workers who, through a semi-structured interview, provided a deeper understanding of how social workers contribute to building legal awareness. The research found that age does not have as significant an impact on children's attitudes to the granting of rights as might be expected. There was a difference in the attribution of rights between girls and boys in certain situations. Social workers build legal awareness through direct work with clients. The results of this work can provide important information for further development and effective work in the protection and fulfilment of children's rights.
