[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stárnutí a adaptace starších osob při přechodu do pobytového zařízení domov pro seniory. Práce se ve své teoretické části zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů, charakteristiku a problematické aspekty související se stárnutím. V dalších kapitolách se práce zabývá sociálním prostředím, sociální péčí, poukazuje na cíle a priority geriatrické péče, zabývá se kvalitou života seniorů a identifikuje faktory ovlivňující tuto kvalitu, včetně přípravy na stáří. Důraz je kladen na faktory podporující adaptaci seniorů v pobytové službě domov pro seniory a možnosti adaptace pomocí aktivizačních činností. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké skutečnosti napomáhají seniorům v adaptačním procesu při vstupu do pobytové služby domov pro seniory a do jaké míry adaptační proces při přechodu z domácího prostředí do domova pro seniory ovlivňuje úspěšné zvládnutí adaptace ke spokojenosti seniora. Ve výzkumné části je použita kvantitativní výzkumná strategie prováděná technikou dotazování. Hlavní faktory adaptace jsou zkoumány při vstupu do pobytové služby domov pro seniory a je zkoumán i jejich vliv na změnu chování seniora v důsledku změny sociálního prostředí a zaběhlých návyků. K získání informací o zmíněných faktorech je použit dotazník s 29 otázkami, který byl položen 120 uživatelům domova pro seniory. Na základě výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že faktory ovlivňující adaptační proces seniorů při vstupu do domova pro seniory, mohou být velmi rozmanité a jsou závislé na mnoha aspektech, mezi které patří individuální osobnostní rysy seniora, podmínky a prostředí samotného domova pro seniory, jakož i podpora ze strany rodiny a sociálního okolí. Tato práce přispívá k lepšímu porozumění procesu adaptace a poskytuje návrhy, jak proces adaptace usnadnit.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of aging and adaptation of elderly people during the transition to a residential facility for the elderly. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of terms, characteristics and problematic aspects related to ageing. In the following chapters, the thesis deals with the social environment, social care, highlights the goals and priorities of geriatric care, deals with the quality of life of the elderly and identifies factors affecting this quality, including preparation for old age. Emphasis is placed on the factors supporting the adaptation of seniors in residential services for the elderly and the possibilities of adaptation through activation activities. The aim of the study was to find out what factors help seniors in the adaptation process when entering a residential service home for the elderly and to what extent the adaptation process during the transition from the home environment to a home for the elderly affects the successful adaptation to the satisfaction of the elderly. In the research part, a quantitative research strategy conducted by interviewing technique is used. The main factors of adaptation are investigated when entering a residential service for the elderly home and their influence on the change in the elderly's behaviour as a result of the change in social environment and established habits is also examined. A 29 questionnaire is used to obtain information on the aforementioned factors, which was administered to 120 elderly home users. Based on the research, it was found that the factors influencing the adaptation process of seniors when entering a home for the elderly can be very diverse and depend on many aspects, including the individual personality traits of the elderly, the conditions and environment of the home for the elderly itself, as well as support from the family and social environment. This paper contributes to a better understanding of the adaptation process and provides suggestions on how to facilitate the adaptation process.
