V návaznosti na úsporu energií se začala rozvíjet výstavba energeticky úsporných domů, mezi něž se řadí domy nízkoenergetické, pasivní a nulové. Diplomová práce čtenáři přibližuje energeticky úsporné domy, průběh historie a jejich hlavní znaky. Poslední dvě kapitoly na grafech ukazují, jaký je vývoj výstavby energeticky úsporných domů na území České republiky. Dále ukazují, ve kterých krajích se tyto domy staví nejvíce a jaký konstrukční systém a způsob užívání se upřednostňuje. In relation to energy savings, the development of constructing energy-saving houses, which includes low-energy, passive and zero houses, started to be created. The diploma thesis helps readers to be better informed about energy-saving houses, their development during history and their main features. The last two chapters show the development of constructing energy-saving houses in the Czech Republic in graphs. They also show in which regions are these houses built the most and which construction system and way of using is preferred.
