V úvodní části práce jsou uvedeny definice základních parametrů přesnosti, kvality obrobeného povrchu a požadavků na přesnost děr. Dále práce obsahuje popis výstružníků a vrtáků podle technologických, materiálových, geometrických a konstrukčních aspektů. Následně je v práci popsán sortiment největších výrobců vrtáků a výstružníků se zaměřením na kombinaci různých řezných materiálu. V praktické části je zpracován vývoj velmi přesného vrtáku, který využívá výhod kombinace dvou řezných materiálů a to slinutého karbidu a cermetu. The first part of work provides definition of basic parameters of accuracy, quality of machined surface and accuracy requirements for the holes. Further work includes a description of the reamers and drills according to the technological, material, geometrical and structural aspects. Subsequently is described range of the largest drills and reamers manufacturers, focusing on a combination of different cutting materials. The practical part contains the development of high-precision drill, which takes advantages of combining two following cutting materials hard metal and cermet.
