Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací monoklimatické inkubační komory pro kultivaci buněk in vitro a jejich pozorování pod konfokálním mikroskopem. Vychází ze stanovených požadavků a parametrů zadaných laboratoří biofyziky FEKT VUT. Je zde vysvětlena kultivace buněk in vitro a popsány senzory pro měření teploty a vzdušné vlhkosti. Hlavní část práce se věnuje teoretickému návrhu a následné realizaci temperované monoklimatické komory s možností snímání a řízení teploty a kontroly vlhkosti pomocí mikrokontroléru. This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the monoclimate incubator chamber for in vitro cell cultivation and cell observing under the confocal microscope. It is based on requirements and parameters set by the biophysics laboratory of FEEC BUT. In vitro cell cultivation is explained, temperature and humidity sensors are described here. The main part is dedicated to the theoretical design and realization of the tempered monoclimate chamber with temperature controlling and humidity control using a microcontroller.
