Projekt řeší novostavbu samostatně stojícího nízkoenergetického rodinného domu, který bude trvale sloužit k bydlení. Objekt je navržen jako dvoupodlažní rodinný dům, ve kterém se počítá s trvalým pobytem 4 - 5 osob. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno plochou střechou vynášenou pomocí železobetonové desky. Nosné stěny jsou ze systému Sendvix od výrobce KM - BETA. Stropní konstrukce jsou řešeny jako monolitické. Stavba se nachází v proluce mezi stávající výstavbou rodinných domů. Součástí domu je garáž pro osobní automobil. The project addresses the low energy new build detached house, which will be permanently used for housing. The building is designed as a two-storey house, which is intended to be permanent residents of 4-5 persons. Roofed building with a flat roof is solved by using a bottom discharge reinforced concrete slabs. Load-bearing walls are from Sendvix manufacturer KM - BETA. The ceilings are designed as monolithic. The building is located in the gap between the existing building houses. The house has a garage for one car.
