Cílem diplomové práce je návrh novostavby administrativní budovy s kavárnou s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Objekt je navržen jako třípodlažní, samostatně stojící. V prvním podlaží se nachází kavárna, v části prvního a v druhém podlaží je umístěna administrativní část, třetí podlaží slouží převážně jako technické podlaží. Diplomová práce je rozčleněna do 3 částí. První částí je dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Spodní stavba se skládá z kombinace základových patek propojených základovými pasy a základové desky pod ztužujícím železobetonovým jádrem. Nosný systém budovy je navržen jako železobetonový skelet s keramickými výplňovými stěnami a provětrávanou fasádou. Stropní konstrukce tvoří předpjaté dutinové panely. Střešní konstrukce je plochá, jednoplášťová. Druhá část je zaměřena na techniku prostředí staveb a posouzení energetické náročnosti budovy. Zdrojem tepla budou tepelná čerpadla vzduch - voda. Tepelná čerpadla budou navržena k vytápění objektu v zimním období, pro chlazení v letním období a k ohřevu teplé vody. Výměna vzduchu bude zajištěna nuceným větráním. Potřeba elektrické energie bude částečně pokryta fotovoltaickým systémem. Fotovoltaické panely budou umístěny na střeše. V budově bude využito umělého denního osvětlení. Dešťová voda, odváděná ze střechy střešními vtoky, bude svedena do akumulační nádrže a zpětně využívána pro splachování WC. Pokud dojde k přebytku, bude voda odvedena přepadem do vsakovacího poldru na pozemku. Třetí část diplomové práce zahrnuje tepelně-technické posouzení vybraných technických detailů zaměřené na tepelné mosty. U technických detailů je řešeno především kotvení konstrukcí do obvodového pláště za pomocí tepelněizolačních montážních bloků s cílem přerušení tepelných mostů. Výpočtem lineárního činitele prostupu tepla je ověřeno, zda ve vybraných kritických místech nedochází ke vzniku tepelných mostů. Výpočet lineárního činitele prostupu tepla zahrnuje dva způsoby výpočtu, které jsou na základě výsledků porovnány z hlediska využití v samotné praxi. Software použitý ke zpracování práce: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Deksoft, BuildingDesign.
The aim of the Master‘s thesis is to design a detached near-zero energy office building with a café. The building is designed as three-storey detached building with the café on the first floor, offices on the first and second floor and the third floor contains building services. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part consists of architectural and structural designs. The building has foundations combining foundation pads, strips, and a foundation slab under a reinforced concrete core. The superstructure is designed as a reinforced concrete frame with ceramic infill walls and ventilated facade. The floor and warm flat roof structure is designed by using prestressed hollow core panels. The second part focuses on the design of building services and energy efficiency assessment. Heat for space and domestic hot water heating will be provided by air-water heat pumps which would also provide cooling in summer. The building will have mechanical ventilation. The electricity demand will be partially covered by a photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic panels will be placed on the roof. The artificial lightning will be used in the building. The rainwater drained from the roof through roof drains will be directed into a storage tank and reused for flushing toilets. If there is an excess, the water will be diverted via an overflow to a seepage polder on the plot. The third part of the Master's thesis involves a thermal assessment of selected structural focused on thermal bridges. Structural focused is dealing with the anchoring of structures into the building envelope provided by thermal insulation assembly blocks at the anchor points to brake thermal bridges. Calculation of the linear thermal transmittance has verified that thermal bridges do not occur in selected critical points. The calculation of the linear heat transfer coefficient involves two calculation methods, which are compared on the basis of the results in terms of practical application. The used software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Deksoft, BuildingDesign.
