Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení hospodaření vybrané organizace veřejného sektoru, kterou je Hvězdárna a planetárium Brno, příspěvková organizace. První část práce obsahuje cíle a metody zpracování. Druhá část poskytuje teoretická východiska, na které navazuje třetí analytická část. Ta zahrnuje základní informace o vybrané organizaci, analýzu nákladů a výnosů a následně i modifikovanou finanční analýzu. Další část je věnovaná zhodnocení hospodaření dle výsledků provedených analýz, na jejichž základě jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení hospodaření organizace. The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the economy of a selected public sector organization, which is the Observatory and Planetarium Brno, contributory organization. The first part of the thesis contains objectives and methods of processing. The second part provides the theoretical basis, followed by the third analytical part. This includes basic information about the selected organization, cost-benefit analysis and subsequently modified financial analysis. The next part is devoted to the economic evaluation based on the results of the analyzed analyzes, on the basis of which are presented suggestions and recommendations for improvement the organization's performance.
