Bakalářská práce řeší projekt samostatně stojícího nadstandardního rodinného domu. Jedná se o rodinný dům dvoupatrový, s částečným podsklepením a s přistavěnou dvojgaráží. Objekt je osazen v mírně svažitém terénu v katastrálním území Zbraslav na Moravě. Rodinný dům je navržen z konstrukčního systému Porotherm, stropy budou provedeny jako železobetonové monolitické spojené se ztužujícím věncem. Zastřešení bude provedeno jednoplášťovou plochou střechou, dvě ze střech budou navrženy jako pochozí, přístupné z 2.NP, sloužící jako terasy. K domu bude přičleněna terasa, s nášlapnou vrstvou z dřevěných prken, s obdélníkovým bazénem. RD bude nadstandardně vybaven saunou, vířivkou a bazénkem v relaxační místnosti prvního nadzemního podlaží. Součástí nadstandardního vybavení bude vinný sklípek přístupný ze zadní části zahrady. Dům je určen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. The bachelor`s thesis deals with study of high standard detached house. The house is two-storey high, with a partial basement and double garage that is part of the house. The building is situated in moderate slope terrain in cadastral territory Zbraslav na Moravě. Construction of the house is made of mansory Porotherm, the ceillings are made of reinforced concrete join with stiffening reinforced concrete wreath. The roofs of the house are built as single-layer flat roof, two of the roofs will be used as terrace with entry from the second floor. In garden there is wodden terrace with rectangular swimming pool. The house is above standardly decored with sauna, whirlpool and small pool situated in relax room in the first floor. Part of the above standard decore is wine cellar accessible from garden. House is designed for four-member family.
