Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu ve Vysokém Mýtě. Jedná se o podsklepený, samostatně stojící objekt na mírně svažitém terénu. Objekt bytového domu má jedno podzemní podlaží a 4 nadzemní. Celkem se skládá z 20 bytových jednotek s různou velikostí a dispozicí. Na každém podlaží se nachází 5 bytů. Obvodové stěny jsou navrženy z monolitické, strop je navržen předpjatých betonových desek a střecha je plochá jednoplášťová. Práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. This thesis describes the design of apartment building in Vysoké Mýto. It is a detached building with basement, on a slightly sloping terrain. The apartment building has one basement and four above. Consists of a total of 20 residential units. On every floor are situated five flats. External wall are from cast-in-place structure and the roof is designed as a warm flat roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
