Bakalářská práce, na základě teoretických poznatků o metodách a postupech hodnocení efektivnosti investic, zpracovává nákladovou analýzu veřejného projektu s názvem „Okružní křižovatka Napoleon“ a „Přeložka ul. Frýdecké“. K tomuto typu analýzy byla navrhnuta softwarová podpora, která by měla umožnit rychlé výpočty rozhodujících ukazatelů i jejich následné vysvětlení týkající se přijatelnosti projektu. The Bachelor thesis deals with a costs analysis of a common project including "Circus Napoleon" and "Lap of Frydecka Street". This is done on the basis of a theoretical knowledge of methods and procedures in evaluation of an investment efficiency. For this type of analysis, the SW program was designed. It is supposed to enable quick computations of crucial indexes and an explanation of their meaing in relation to the project acceptability.
