Příspěvek analyzuje vývoj kategorie nebezpečných druhů zvířat podle zákona č. 246/1992 Sb., na ochranu zvířat proti týrání, do nynější podoby kategorie druhů zvířat vyžadujících zvláštní péči a popisuje jednotlivé typy právních nástrojů, které jsou v současnosti využívány k její regulaci. The article analyses the legal regulation of the cathegory of animal species requiring special care under the Act No. 246/1992 Coll., on the protection of animals against cruelty and its development from the cathegory of dangerous animal species and it describes the types of legal instruments that are nowadays applied for its regulation.
