Bakalárska práca je projekt rodinného domu v meste Louny. Rodinný dom je projektovaný ako dvojpodlažný dom s jedným podzemným podlažím. Budova je navrhnutá pre štyri osoby. Dom má plochú strechu. Nadzemné murivo je tvorené systémom POROTHERM. Nosné múry v prvom podzemnom poschodí sú tvorené systémom Prefa BTB. Priečky sú taktiež tvorené systémom POROTHERM. Hlavný vstup do budovy je situovaný na severovýchod. V suteréne sa nachádza technická miestnosť, sušiareň, sklad zeleniny, sklad, chodba a vinný sklep. Na prvom nadzemnom poschodí je zádverie so šatňou, hala, WC, pracovňa, obývacia izba s jedálňou, kuchyňa a špajza. Z obývacej izby je možné vyjsť na terasu. Na druhom nadzemnom poschodí sa nachádza chodba, dve izby pre deti, WC, 2 kúpeľne, spálňa a terasa. Fasáda bude bielej farby. Severovýchodnú garážovú stenu a juhozápadnú terasovú stenu sú tvorené šedým kamenným obkladom. Projekt obsahuje technické, tepelné a akustické posúdenia. The bachelor thesis is the project of the family house in Louny. The family house is project as a two–storeyed house with one basement. The building is designed for four people. The house has flat roof. The above grade masonry is created by POROTHERM system. The bearing walls in basement is created by Prefa BTB system. The partitions are created by POROTHERM system too. The main building entrance is situated to north–east side. In the basement, there are technical room, drying room, storage of vegetable, storage, corridor and vine cellar. The first elevated floor is divided into a vestibule with dressing room, hall, WC, home–working room, living room with eating room, kitchen and larder. You can go to the outdoor terrace from the living room. In the second floor, there are corridor, two rooms for children, WC, 2 bathrooms, bedroom and outdoor terrace. The foreside of exterior walls will be white. North–east foreside of garage and south–west foreside of terrace are created by grey stone lining. The project contains technical, thermal and acoustic appraisal forms.
