Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu mateřské školy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Projekt je složen ze tří částí. První část obsahuje návrh stavebního řešení. Objekt je samostatně stojící a nepodsklepený. Mateřská škola je navržena s kapacitou pro 40 dětí rozdělených do dvou oddělení. Jedná se o jednopodlažní budovu s plochou zelenou střechou. Objekt je zděný z keramických bloků typu THERM. Konstrukční systém je smíšený a založen na základových pasech. Stropní konstrukce jsou navrženy jako monolitické stropní desky. Fasáda je tvořena jako provětrávaná s obkladem z vláknocementových desek. Druhá část se zabývá návrhem systémů TZB, posouzením energetické náročnosti budovy a využitím energie z obnovitelných zdrojů. Budova využívá jako vytápění tepelné čerpadla vzduch voda, vzduch je zajišťován nuceným větráním s rekuperací tepla, dodávka elektřiny je částečně zajištěna fotovoltaickým systémem. Poslední část diplomové práce je hodnocení budovy podle multikriteriálního hodnocení pozemních staveb. Pro toto hodnocení je využito národní metodiky SBToolCZ. The aim of this Master's thesis is to prepare project documentation for the building permit of a kindergarten with near-zero energy consumption. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part includes architectural and structural designs. The kindergarten is a detached single-storey building with flat green roof. Its designed capacity is 40 children in two sections. The building will have concrete strip foundations, ceramic masonry walls and reinforced concrete roof slabs. The facade will be ventilated with cladding made of fiber-cement panels. The second part deals with the design of building services and the assessment of the building energy performance. The building will ulitize air water heat pumps for space and domestic hot water heating, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery for air supply, and photovoltaic plant will partially cover its electricity consumption. Lighting and a rainwater management system have been designed too. The building will use LED lighting and rainwater will be used for watering green areas and flushing toilets. The final part of the thesis involves multi-criteria evaluation of the building SBToolCZ methodology. Environmental criteria, social criteria, location, economy, and management were assessed. For a better assessment of the building were designed a green roof, ventilated facade, energy-efficient renewable sources, partially environmentally friendly materials, electric vehicle charging stations, and so on.
