Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu bytového domu v Uherském Hradišti. Konkrétně je zaměřena na objekt SO 01. Práce obsahuje zpracování technické zprávy ke stavebně technologickému projektu, řešení širších vztahů dopravních tras, objektový časový a finanční plán, studii realizace hlavních technologických etap, technologický předpis pro monolitické konstrukce, kontrolní a zkušební plán pro monolitické konstrukce, projekt zařízení staveniště, časový harmonogram hrubé stavby, návrh strojní sestavy a její posouzení, plán zajištění zdrojů pro hrubou stavbu. Dále je vypracovaný položkový rozpočet včetně výkazu výměr a pomocných výkazů, BIM model objektu hrubé stavby, hluková studie, výkresy bednění a detail. The goal of this master thesis is to create the building-technological project of the apartment building in Uherske Hradiste. Specifically it is focused on the building SO 01. The thesis contains a technical report for the construction-technological project, the solution of construction logistics, the object time and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a technological specifications for monolithic structures, an inspection and test plan for monolithic structures, a project of the construction site equipment, a timetable for the rough construction, a design of the machine assembly and its assessment, a plan for securing resources for the rough construction. There is also provided item budget including a bill of quantities and supporting statements, a BIM model of the rough construction facility, noise study, formwork drawings and detail.
