Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu podniku PMP Prostějov s.r.o., který se zabývá výrobou plastových a hliníkových oken a dveří. Na základě provedení analytických metod, které zkoumají vnější a vnitřní prostředí podniku, je zhodnocena celková ekonomická situace podniku. Pomocí výsledků z provedených analýz jsou formulovány návrhy. Realizace těchto návrhů by umožnila zlepšit situaci v podniku. This diploma thesis targets the analysis of the company PMP Prostějov, which deals with manufacturing plastic and aluminum windows. Based on the analytical methods, which study the external and internal environment of the company, the overall economic situation is evaluated. Using the results from the analysis, proposals are formulated. Realization of these proposals could improve the company’s situation.
