Bakalářská práce se věnuje roli sociálních pracovníků působících v oblasti sociálních služeb pro lidi se zdravotním postižením. V teoretické části je pojednáno o sociální práci, o roli a osobnosti sociálního pracovníka i o tématech motivace a emocí, jak obecně, tak v kontextu profese. Spolu s tématy prevence a duševní hygieny jsou také zmíněna rizika a úskalí spojená s profesí sociálního pracovníka. Pro zasazení tématu práce do kontextu se teoretická část také krátce věnuje problematice lidí s postižením a práci s nimi. Konečně je také přiblížena arteterapeutická technika koláže. Praktická část práce analyzuje uvědomované a neuvědomované motivy a emoce zapojených sociálních pracovníků pracujících s lidmi s postižením, a to prostřednictvím tematických koláží a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Na základě symbolické interpretace koláží se podařilo najít obsahy, které se v různé míře lišily od sdělení v rozhovorech. The bachelor's thesis deals with the role of social workers working in the field of social services for people with disabilities. The theoretical part discusses social work, the role and personality of a social worker, as well as the topics of motivation and emotions, both in general and in the context of the profession. Together with the topics of prevention and mental hygiene, the risks and pitfalls associated with the profession of a social worker are also mentioned. To put the topic of the thesis into context, the theoretical part also briefly deals with the issue of people with disabilities and working with them. Finally, the art therapy technique of collage is also introduced. The practical part analyzes the conscious and unconscious motives and emotions of participating social workers working with people with disabilities, through thematic collages and semi-structured interviews. Based on the symbolic interpretation of the collages, it was possible to find contents that differed to varying degrees from the messages in the interviews.
