Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice změny půdních vlastností mezi lesními porosty ve vegetačních stupních ve střednědobém měřítku a jejich dopad, význam a využití v lesnické praxi. Vychází z výzkumu, který byl před danou dobou prováděn na stejných stanovištích a z tehdy nasbíraných dat (rok 2010). Bylo vykopáno 16 půdních sond v porostech umělých a přirozených a ve čtyřech vegetačních stupních, byly odebrány vzorky a v laboratoři pak provedeny vybrané analýzy, s předpokladem pro výraznější změny. Ty byly až na dvě výjimky, velice nepatrné, což může pro další vývoj zkoumaných lesních porostů nebo pro zahrnutí analýz do obnovy OPRL, LHP či LHO představovat pozitivní aspekt. Zmíněné rozdíly ve vlastnostech byly zejména v B horizontech u přirozených porostů, a to u pH/KCl, kdy byla hodnota oproti původnímu stavu významně nižší ve 4. vegetačním stupni, což značí okyselení půdy. V druhém případě šlo o rozdíly mezi vegetačními stupni, a to opět nejvýrazněji u 4. vegetačního stupně, kdy významně vzrostlo množství celkového dusíku, což lze vnímat v souvislosti se snížením pH a mohlo by být odůvodněno projevujícím se vlivem člověka, který je v nižších vegetačních stupních logicky intenzivnější oproti vyšším horským polohám. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of changing soil properties between forest stands in vegetation stages on a medium-term scale and their impact, significance and use in forestry practice. It is based on research that was carried out at the same locations before that time and on the data collected at that time (year 2010). Sixteen soil probes were excavated in artificial and natural stands and in four vegetation stages, samples were taken and then selected analyses were carried out in the laboratory, with the assumption of significant changes. These were, with two exceptions, very minor, which may be a positive aspect for the further development of the examined forest stands or for the inclusion of analyses in the restoration of “OPRL”, “LHP” or “LHO”. The mentioned differences in properties were especially in the B horizons of natural stands, namely for pH/KCl, where the value was significantly lower compared to the original state in the 4th vegetation stage, which indicates soil acidification. In the second case, it was a matter of differences between vegetation stages, again most markedly in vegetation stage 4, when the amount of total nitrogen increased significantly, which can be perceived in connection with a decrease in pH and could be justified by the manifestation of human influence, which is logically more intense in the lower vegetation stages compared to higher mountain positions.
