Kvalita vody ve zdroji Nová Ves u Pohořelic byla zhoršena nadlimitním obsahem dusičnanů, což způsobilo komplikace s využitím vody pro pitné účely. Nebyly zcela potvrzeny příčiny tohoto znečištění, jedním z možných faktorů je zvýšená mineralizace humusových látek v půdě (Leugner a kol. 2021) po odlesnění smrkových a borových porostů. Tyto postupně odumřely během sucha a kůrovcové kalamity v roce 2015 a letech následujících. Předkládaná práce navrhuje zásady managementu lokality s ohledem na vodohospodářské potřeby majitele zdroje. Navrženy byly fytoremediační postupy s využitím dřevin, pěstovaných výmladkovým způsobem. Management je dále zaměřen na péči o zbývající porosty v území, ve kterých převládá přírodě blízká druhová skladba dřevin. The quality of the water in source Nová Ves near Pohořelice was degraded by an above-limit nitrate concentration, which caused complications with use of the water for drinking purposes. The causes of this pollution have not been fully confirmed, one of the possible factors is increased mineralisation of humus substances in the soil (Leugner et al. 2021) after deforestation of spruce and pine stands. These died gradually during the drought and bark beetle calamity in 2015 and the following years. The presented thesis propose management principles of site with respect to the water management needs of the resource owner. There were proposed phytoremediation techniques using tree species grown in a coppice manner. Management is also focused on the care of remaining vegetation in the area, where close to nature species composition prevails.
