Efekty spojené se změnou klimatu můžeme pozorovat všude okolo nás. Jedním z důsledků změny klimatu je rychle se měnící počasí, právě tento fakt má přímý dopad na produkci révy vinné a management chorob révy. Réva je silně náchylná vůči houbovým onemocněním, a právě vlhké a teplé počasí je ideálním místem pro jejich vývoj. Cílem práce je popsat, jak odlistění neboli zelené práce ovlivňují napadení Vitis vinifera houbovými chorobami. Samotný pokus byl proveden v Dolních Kounicích na odrůdě Svatovavřinecké. Pro zkoumání byly použity následující metody: infračervené termální zobrazování, chlorofylová fluorescence a hyperspektrální zobrazování. Výsledky byly následně zpracovány na základě statistických metod. Climate change is becoming a big issue worldwide and the consequences of this has a result in the weather patterns creating a direct impact on grapevine production and disease management. Grapevines are highly susceptible to fungal diseases, relative humidity and warm weather are ideal components that have a direct correlation on the development and dissemination of fungal pathologies. The aim of this study is to describe how leaf removal affects the incidence of fungal diseases in Vitis vinifera. The experiment was conducted in Dolní Kounice on the Svatovavřinecké variety. The following methods were used for the study: infrared thermal imaging, chlorophyll fluorescence, and hyperspectral imaging. The results were subsequently processed using statistical methods.
