Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu v rámovém systému dřevostavby, navrženého na vybrané území v Babicích nad Svitavou a jeho energetickou optimalizací. V teoretické části je přiblíženo energetické hodnocení používané pro energetické hodnocení budov. Praktická část popisuje pozemek, na kterém je objekt navržen, stavební konstrukce objektu a jeho technické zařízení. Výpočtová část se zabývá provedenými energetickými výpočty na navrženém objektu. V závěru práce jsou popsány řešené energetické analýzy včetně jejich vyhodnocení. Výkresová dokumentace pro stavební povolení včetně technické zprávy, tepelně technické posouzení skladeb a energetický štítek obálky budovy jsou přílohou této práce. This bachelor thesis is focused to the design of a family house with wooden frame construction in village Babice nad Svitavou, as well as energy optimalization of design. The theoretical text part describes energy assessment used for energy performance evaluation. Practical part of the thesis describes building layout, constructions and technical facilities. The calculation part deals with the energy calculations on the designed building. Final part of the thesis focuses on energy optimalization of the designed project. Technical documentation of the building with technical reports and basic building physics calculations with energy label of the building envelope are attached to this work.
