(česky): Tato diplomová práce se zabývá reflexí procesu zavádění paliativní péče v domově pro seniory. Popisuje rozvoj kompetencí a dovedností v multidisciplinárním týmu při práci s paliativními klienty a jejich rodinami s důrazem na otázku přínosu sociální práce. Porovnává vývojové kroky implementace paliativní péče u předního projektu Domova Sue Ryder. Přičemž nahlíží na zkušenosti a vývoj paliativní péče v domově pro seniory v zahraničí. (in English): This thesis deals with the process of implementation of palliative care in nursing home. It describes the development of competencies and skills in a multidisciplinary team when working with palliative clients and their families, with an emphasis on the issue of the contribution of social work. It compares the developmental steps in the implementation of palliative care in the leading Domov Sue Ryder project with other projects in the country. In doing so, it looks at the experience and development of palliative care in nursing home abroad.
