Název: Porovnání tělesné kompozice a fyzické úrovně studentů Vojenského oboru při FTVS UK na začátku a na konci studia. Cíl práce: Zhodnotit výsledky z měření příslušníků VO FTVS UK na CASRI, k jakým změnám došlo z hlediska jejich fyzické úrovně a složení kompozice těla na začátku a na konci studia. Metoda: Párovým t-testem byla analyzována data příslušníků VO FTVS, kteří úspěšně absolvovali prezenční studium bakalářské i magisterské. Jednalo se o data 8 mužů (věk 24,3±1,5; váha v kg 79,3±6,1; výška v cm 179,5±5,8) a 1 ženy (věk 24; váha v kg 66,9; výška v cm 171) z měření na CASRI, kde se testovala fyzická úroveň na schodovitém testu (na běžeckém pásu) a tělesná kompozice na přístroji TANITA MC-780. Výsledky: V rámci analýzy dat párovým t-testem byl potvrzen statisticky významný rozdíl v nárůstu svalové hmoty (průměrný rozdíl=3,14 kg; p=0,0007) na konci studia. Naopak v průběhu schodovitého testu nebyl nalezen statisticky významný rozdíl ve výsledných tepových frekvencích (průměrný rozdíl=0,58; p=0,9394) ani hladiny laktátu (průměrný rozdíl=0,66; p=0,1639). Na základě tohoto měření lze konstatovat, že na konci studia nedošlo ke statisticky významnému zhoršení fyzické úrovně při schodovitém testu, ale došlo k nárůstu svalové hmoty u příslušníků VO FTVS UK . Objective: To evaluate the results from the measurements of the members of the VO FTVS UK at CASRI, what changes occurred in terms of their physical performance and body composition in the beginning and in the end of their studies. Method: Paired t-test was used to analyze the data of members of the VO FTVS UK who successfully completed full-time undergraduate and graduate studies. These were data from 8 males (age 24,3±1,5; weight in kg 79,3±6,1; height in cm 179,5±5,8) and 1 female (age 24; weight in kg 66,9; height in cm 171) from measurements at CASRI, which tested physical level on a stepwise test (on a treadmill) and body composition on the TANITA MC-780. Results: Paired t-test analysis of the data confirmed a statistically significant difference in muscle mass gain (mean difference=3,14 kg; p=0,0007) at the end of the study. On the other hand, during the stepwise test, there was no statistically significant difference in final heart rate (mean difference=0,58; p=0,9394) or lactate levels (mean difference=0,66; p=0,1639).
