Tření mezi materiály lze částečně eliminovat mazáním mezi povrchy. Pro zvolení správného oleje pro mazání je třeba mít potřebné testovací prostředky, díky nimž by se vyhodnocení mohlo provést. Jedním z nich je čtyřkuličkový tester, jenž na Ústavu konstruování VUT chybí. Cílem bakalářské práce je konstrukční návrh úpravy existujícího tribometru R-MAT 3 pro čtyřkuličkovou konfiguraci. Rešeršní část obsahuje popis přípravy, měření a vyhodnocení čtyřkuličkového testu a zhodnocení konvenčních testerů. Byl proveden návrh uchycení kuliček, pohonu a přenosu kroutícího momentu na vřeteno tribometru. Dále bylo navrhnuto měření a zaznamenávání třecího momentu, přítlačné síly a teploty při testu. Výsledkem je konfigurace připravená na realizaci. Rešeršní část obsahuje popis přípravy, měření a vyhodnocení čtyřkuličkového testu a zhodnocení konvenčních testerů. One of these is a four-ball tester, which is lacking at the BUT Institute of Design. The aim of the bachelor thesis is the design of a modification of the existing tribometer R-MAT 3 for a four-ball configuration. The review part includes a description of the preparation, measurement and evaluation of the four-ball tester and an evaluation of conventional testers. The design of the ball mounting, drive and torque transfer to the tribometer spindle was carried out. Measurement and recording of friction torque, contact force and temperature during the test was also proposed. The result is a configuration ready for implementation.
