Cieľom bakalárskej diplomovej práce je opísať, analyzovať a zhodnotiť systém odmeňovania v spoločnosti a navrhnúť kroky ktoré by viedli k zefektívneniu procesu. V teoretickej časti sú predstavené kľúčové poznatky týkajúce sa ľudských zdrojov, charakteristiky hodnotenia a odmeňovania zamestnancov, mzdového systému a motivácie. Empirická časť obsahuje popis mnou prevedeného výskumu, ktorého cieľom bolo analyzovať systém odmeňovania zamestnancov vo firme . Cieľom bolo formulovať súbor odporúčaní pre firmu, týkajúci sa možných zmien v systéme odmeňovania zamestnancov. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to describe, analyze and evaluate the remuneration system in the company and propose steps that would lead to more efficient process. The theoretical part presents key knowledge related to human resources, characteristics of employee evaluation and remuneration, salary system and motivation. The empirical part contains a description of the research carried out by me, the aim of which was to analyze the employee remuneration system in the company. The goal was to formulate a set of recommendations for the company regarding possible changes in the employee compensation system.
