Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom, výberom a implementáciou doplnkového modulu informačného systému v malej firme. Popisuje základné teoretické pojmy a problematiku procesného riadenia a informačných systémov. Návrh riešenia je založený na vnútorných aj vonkajších analýzach firmy ako aj na procesnej analýze priebehu zákazky. Obsahuje návrh, ktorý zefektívňuje celkový priebeh tohto procesu. The diploma thesis deals with the proposition, selection and implementation of an additional module of the information system in a small company. It describes the basic theoretical concepts and issues of process management and information systems. The proposal of the solution is based on the internal and external analyzes of the company as well as on the process analysis of the course of the order. It contains a proposal that makes this process more effective.
