Práce se zabývá problematikou užívání a nadužívání mobilního telefonu v kontextu se zdravým životním stylem. Teoretická část pracuje s pojmem závislost na chytrém mobilním telefonu, nomofobií. Popisuje rizika vzniklá nadužíváním mobilního telefonu a dopady na zdraví a zdravé fungování člověka, které může nadužívání způsobovat. Charakterizuje nejčastější nelátkové závislosti, které mobilní telefon jako prostředek pomáhá rozvíjet. Věnuje se etice online prostoru. Zabývá se možnostmi prevence ze stran neziskového sektoru a ze stran státních institucí. Praktická část se věnuje problematice nadužívání mobilních telefonů u dospělé populace na Českobudějovicku. Rozděluje respondenty podle jejich sociodemografických charakteristik a hledá faktory, které se závislostí mohou v tomto regionu souviset. This thesis addresses the issue of mobile phone use and abuse in the context of healthy living. The theoretical part works with the concept of smartphone addiction, nomophobia. It describes the risks of mobile phone overuse and the effects on health and healthy functioning that overuse can cause. It characterises the most common non- substance addictions that the mobile phone as a tool helps to develop. Addresses the ethics of the online space. Discusses prevention options from the non-profit sector and from governmental institutions. The practical part is devoted to the problem of mobile phone abuse in the adult population in České Budějovice. It divides respondents according to their socio-demographic characteristics and looks for factors that may be related to addiction in this region.
