Předmětem diplomové práce je projektová dokumentace pro provádění stavby hotelového objektu. Objekt má tři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní. V podzemním patře se nachází parkovaní a technické zázemí hotelu, v prvním patře je vstupní hala s recepcí, restaurace, kancelář a zázemí pro zaměstnance. Ve druhém patře jsou ubytovací jednotky a posilovna a v posledním patře jsou ubytovací jednotky a wellness The subject of the thesis is project documentation for the construction of a hotel building. The building has three above ground floors and one subterranean. In the underground floor there is parking and technical facilities of the hotel, on the first floor there is an entrance hall with a reception, a restaurant, an office and facilities for employees. On the second floor there are accommodation units and a gym, and on the last floor there are accommodation units and wellness.
