Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace nového hotelu pro 34 osob v Brně. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní budovu. První patro budovy je rozděleno na dvě funkční části. V jedné části je restaurace v další části recepce se společenskou místností. Ve druhém patře jsou hotelové pokoje. Nosné konstrukce jsou železobetonové. Vnější stěny jsou z plynosilikátových tvárnic, vnitřní stěny jsou z sádrokartonových příček. Střecha je plochá. Na území jsou rekreační plochy pro hosty a parkovací místa. Pro budovu bylo zpracováno technické schéma, které zahrnuje vytápění, větrání, chlazení a výrobu energie pomocí solárních panelů. Předmětem zkoumání diplomové práce je facility management hotelu. The aim of this master´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a new hotel for 34 people in Brno. It is a twostory building. The first floor of the building is divided into two functional parts. In one part there is a restaurant and in the other part a reception with a lounge. On the second floor there are hotel rooms. The loadbearing carcass is made of reinforced concrete. The walls are made of gas silicate blocks, the inner walls are made of plasterboard partitions. The roof is flat. There are recreational areas for uests and parking spaces. A technical scheme has been developed for the building, which includes heating, ventilation, cooling and energy production using solar panels. The subject of the thesis is the facility management of the hotel.
