Bakalářská práce se zabývá soužitím klientů Domova sv. Anežky. Téma bylo zvoleno z důvodu mého zájmu o problematiku osob se zdravotním postižením. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat dlouhodobé interpersonální vztahy klientů v Domově sv. Anežky a popsat činnost sociálního pracovníka a pracovníků v sociálních službách. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena na šest kapitol. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy jako Domov sv. Anežky, zdravotní postižení, mentální postižení, zrakové postižení, interpersonální vztahy a sociální služby. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky získané s využitím kvalitativní výzkumné strategie, metody dotazování a techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovory probíhaly s klienty pobytové sociální rehabilitace, pracovníky v sociálních službách a sociální pracovnicí v Domově sv. Anežky. Data byla vyhodnocena s použitím zakotvené teorie. Tato práce by mohla posloužit jako zpětná vazba pro pracovníky a klienty pobytové sociální rehabilitace v Domově sv. Anežky nebo zájemcům o danou problematiku. Výzkumem jsem zjistila, že klienti jsou v pobytové službě převážně spokojeni a mají mezi sebou dobré vztahy. Jeden z klientů však dlouhodobě narušoval poklidné soužití klientů. Sociální pracovnice byla nucena s tímto klientem ukončit smlouvu o poskytování sociální služby. Dále jsem zjistila, že sociální pracovník má na starosti sociální rehabilitaci, podporu samostatného bydlení a sociálně terapeutické dílny. Pracovníci v sociálních službách vykonávají činnosti v rámci sociální rehabilitace a sociálně terapeutických dílen. This Bachelor's thesis looks into the cohabitation of the St Anežka Centre for People with Disabilities' clients. The reason for my choosing of this subject is my interest in the matters of mentally impaired persons. The goal of this Bachelor's thesis is to describe the long-term interpersonal relationships between the St Anežka Centre for People with Disabilities' clients as well as the activity of social workers and social service workers. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is further divided into six chapters. In this part of the thesis, key terms such as the St Anežka Centre for People with Disabilities, disability, mental impairment, visual impairment, interpersonal relationships or social services are defined. The practical part includes results obtained using the qualitative research strategy, interviewing and the semi-structured interview method. The interviews were conducted with the St Anežka Centre for People with Disabilities' clients who attend its social rehabilitation residential programmes as well as social service workers and a social worker. The data were evaluated using the grounded theory. This thesis might serve as a feedback to both the staff and the clients of the St Anežka Centre for People with Disabilities or those interested in the issue. During the research I discovered that the residential clients are mostly satisfied with the services and have good relationships with each other. However, one of the clients has been constantly disturbing the peaceful coexistence of the other clients. The social worker had to terminate the social service contract with this client. I also found out that a social worker is responsible for social rehabilitation, independent living support and socially therapeutic workshops. The social service workers are in charge of various activities within social rehabilitation and socially therapeutic workshops.
