Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice stresu vysokoškolských studentů učitelských oborů. Zaměřuje se na duševní zdraví a psychickou odolnost budoucích učitelů, jejichž povolání patří z hlediska stresu a jeho zdravotních dopadů mezi rizikové. V rámci sekundární prevence zkoumá zvyklosti studentů v oblasti stress managementu, přičemž hodnotí účinnost jednotlivých zdraví prospěšných i neprospěšných antistresových technik. Práce téže mapuje vývoj zvládání zátěže studenty a zaměřuje se na stres jako faktor ovlivňující studijní úspěšnost. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of stress of university students of field of study teaching. It focuses on the mental health and mental resilience of future teachers, whose professions are among the risky in terms of stress and its health effects. As part of secondary prevention, it examines students' habits in the field of stress management, while evaluating the effectiveness of individual health-beneficial and non-beneficial anti-stress techniques. The work also maps the students development of coping with stress and focuses on stress as a factor influencing academic success.
