Anotace/Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami zajišťování pocitu bezpečí při komunikaci s dětmi se syndromem CAN. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretickou část, která podává obecný pohled na problematiku syndromu CAN, a která se také zaměřuje na fungovaní sociálních služeb v České republice a komunikaci s dětmi se syndromem CAN. Cílem druhé části, praktické, je zmapovat, jaké metody zajišťující bezpečí při rozhovoru s dětmi se syndromem CAN používají sociální pracovníci. Klíčové slova: pocit bezpečí, metody komunikace, dítě, syndrom CAN Annotation/Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with methods of ensuring a sense of security when communicating with children with CAN syndrome. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part, which provides a general view of the issue of CAN syndrome, and which also focuses on the functioning of social services in the Czech Republic and communication with children with CAN syndrome. The aim of the second part, practical, is to map what methods to ensure safety when talking to children with CAN syndrome used by social workers.
