českém jazyce: Ramanova spektroskopie kapkově nanášených povlaků je vibrační spektroskopickou metodou založenou na Ramanově jevu. Nakápnutím malého objemu roztoku (μl) o nízké koncentraci (μM) na vhodný hydrofobní substrát získáme po vyschnutí depozit, z něhož je možné získat kvalitní Ramanova spektra při koncentracích nižších než při použití klasické Ramanovy spektroskopie. V rámci této práce byly při studiu čtyř kontaminantů (melamin, picloram, thiram, bentazon) porovnány vlastnosti nových nekomerčních substrátů na bázi nanočástic připravených na MFF UK se substrátem komerčním. Ukázalo se, že nové substráty s vyšší hydrofobicitou jsou vhodné pro další vývoj a měření. V další části práce byly uměle připraven směsi dvojic ze čtyř kontaminantů a studovány na komerčním substrátu. Jednotlivé kontaminanty bylo možné ve směsích detekovat a rozlišit pomocí faktorové analýzy při relativně nízkých koncentracích, v některých depozitech docházelo i k jejich oddělení. Byla ovšem naměřena i neznámá spektra, pravděpodobně v důsledku chemických interakcí kontaminantů, možnost dodatečné kontaminace nebo interakce se substrátem byla vyloučena. V poslední části práce byl studován reálný vzorek kojenecké výživy, do kterého byl uměle přidán melamin. Deposition of a small volume of solution (μl) of a low concentration (μM) on a special hydrophobic substrate and subsequent drying leads to a formation of a deposit from which we can accumulate a higher quality Raman spectrum than in the case of classical Raman spectroscopy. In this thesis, four contaminants (melamine, picloram, thiram, bentazone) were studied on new nanoparticle-based substrates prepared at our faculty. These hydrophobic substrates were compared to commercial substrates and proven to be suitable for further development. Next, artificially prepared mixtures of pairs of contaminants were studied using the commercial substrate. Every contaminant was detected and differentiated in each of these mixtures using factor analysis at relatively low concentrations. Furthermore, the contaminants were separated in some deposits. However, unknown spectra were detected, probably due to chemical reactions between the contaminants. Possibilities of contaminations or interactions with the substrate were eliminated.
