Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vad světlometu, které vznikají v průběhu výroby, a jejich dopadem na výslednou světelnou stopu automobilového světlometu. V rámci práce byly popsány a analyzovány vady vznikající během jednotlivých korekčních smyček a byl proveden jejich rozbor za účelem opatření pro další projekty. Mezi hlavní vady, které byly vyhodnocovány, patří poloha světelného zdroje, kvalita optických ploch a související kvalita pokovení, nepřesnosti optických ploch, rozměrové odchylky vlivem technologie montáže a vady na krycím skle. Navržená opatření se týkají lisovacího nástroje, přesnosti obrábění a leštění povrchu. Součástí práce je i navržení řešení pro rychlou identifikaci kvality povrchu krycího skla pomocí vzdálené projekce. K jednotlivým vadám byli stanoveni jejich původci, jejich závažnost a opravitelnost. Na základě těchto informací byla navržena doporučená opatření k výrobě. The thesis deals with the issue of headlamp defects arising during production and their impact on the resulting light trail. The thesis describes and analyses defects arising during individual correction loops. Their analysis was carried out in order to provide measures for other projects. The main defects that have been assessed include the position of the light source, the quality of the optical surfaces and the associated quality of the plating, inaccuracies of the optical surfaces, dimensional variations due to installation technology and defects on the cover glass. The proposed measures concern the pressing tool, accuracy of machining and surface polishing. The thesis also includes designing solutions for quick identification of the surface quality of the cover glass by remote projection. Individual defects were described by their originators, their seriousness and their reparability. Based on this information, recommendations for production are proposed.
