Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast podpory exportu služeb v ČR - konkrétně na odvětví mezinárodní dopravy. Jejím hlavním cílem je analýza vybraného podniku exportujícího služby a návrh konkrétních opatření a doporučení pro tento podnik z oblasti podpory exportu služeb v České republice. Dílčím cílem diplomové práce je analýza a zhodnocení využívání jednotlivých nástrojů podpory exportu služeb v České republice na českých podnikatelských subjektech provozujících mezinárodní dopravu. Pro naplnění dílčího cíle bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření. V rámci analýzy vybraného podniku provozujícího mezinárodní silniční dopravu byla provedena finanční analýza, analýza konkurence - Porterův model, STEP analýza, SWOT analýza a nakonec strukturovaný řízený rozhovor se zástupcem sledované firmy. Na základě analýzy vybraného podniku bylo navrženo konkrétní doporučení pro tento podnik z oblasti podpory exportu služeb v České republice. The thesis is focused on the area of export support services in the Czech Republic - specifically for the international transport. Its principal aim is analysis of selected company engaged in export of services and proposing specific measures and recommendations for this company from area support export of services in the Czech Republic. Partial aim of the thesis is analysis and evaluation the use of instruments of support export of services in the Czech Republic on business entities engaged in international transport. For filling of partial aim was performed survey by questionnaires. In the analysis of selected company operating in international road transport was performed financial analysis, competition analysis - Porter´s model, STEP analysis, SWOT analysis and finally structured guided interview with company representative. Based on an analysis of selected company was performed proposal specific recommendations for this company from area support export of services in the Czech Republic.
