Cílem této práce, je poukázat na jeden velký a silný fenomén, který výrazně ovlivňuje ekonomickou a společenskou situaci vyspělých států, na imigraci. V současné době do všech vyspělých států proudí davy imigrantů z různých důvodů. Do států v západní Evropě přicházeli přistěhovalci už po druhé světové válce a tento proces neustal ani dneska. Česká republika, jako stát bývalého socialistického bloku, má ovšem jiné zkušenosti s cizinci. Dříve vláda rozhodovala, kteří cizinci mohou pracovat nebo studovat na území České republiky, a většinou to byli imigranti z jiných komunistických zemí. Po rozpadu komunismu v roce 1989, Česká republika poskytovala příznivé pracovní podmínky, a vláda si uvědomila, že je potřeba mít zákony, které by regulovaly legální a ilegální příchod cizinců, a které by také určily jejich práva a povinnosti. Ovšem Dánsko, které nemělo žádné zkušenosti s komunismem uvítalo příchod Turků, kteří doplnili nedostatek pracovních sil. Rumunsko je také bývalý komunistický stát, ale dodneška nemá dostatek pracovních míst pro místní obyvatelstvo, tudíž tam není ani moc velký počet cizinců. The aim of this work is to show very big and strong phenomenon which dramatically influence the economic and social situation of the advanced countries, the immigration. A very great number of immigrants arrive from abroad to these countries for different reasons. The immigrants came to Western Europe after Second World War for a better life. But Czech Republic as a former socialistic state has other experience with immigrants. Earlier the government decided who should work or study on the territory of Czech Republic. These foreigners were actually from other socialistic countries. After the disintegration of communism in 1989, Czech Republic accorded favorable working conditions and the government realized that it is necessary to have good laws to control the legal and illegal arrival of immigrants and their rights and obligations. Denmark never had any experience with communism and immigrants from Turkey in the sixties were welcomed. Romanian situation is different. There is still lack of working stations, that{\crq}s why there are not many immigrants.
