Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit a interpretovat tématické vrstvy pro povodí toku Ostřice. Nejprve bylo potřeba shromáždit veškeré dostupné mapové podklady a porovnat je se skutečným stavem. Poté byly potřebné podklady digitalizovány, a byly vytvořeny tématické vrstvy. Z těchto vrstev a jejich kombinací byly následně vytvořeny mapové výstupy. Ty byly posléze analyzovány. Výsledkem diplomové práce je soubor vrstev GIS pro povodí toku Ostřice. Pro vypracování této práce byl použit software ArcGIS Desktop 9.1. The aim of the thesis was the creation and interpretation of thematic layers for the Ostřice stream catchment. First step was collecting all the available maps and comparing them with the actual state. The documents were digitized, and the thematic layers were created. The map outputs were created from these layers and their combinations and were analyzed. The output of this work is a set of GIS layers for the Ostřice stream catchment. This work was processed with the ArcGIS Desktop 9.1 software.
