Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu řízení projektů ve společnosti FORMSERVIS, spol. s r.o., identifikaci a navržení možností jeho zdokonalení. Při modifikaci standardizované metodiky projektového řízení se zdůrazňuje využití vhodného programového vybavení pro řízení projektů a jeho přínosy. Na základě literární rešerše je navržena metodika projektového řízení s přihlédnutím k charakteru činnosti společnosti a dostupnosti relevantních dat. V praktické části je provedeno hodnocení současného stavu a je navržena forma implementace nového standardu. Jako vhodná metoda je vybrána metodika PRINCE2 s využitím programového vybavení MS Project. V diskusi a závěru jsou shrnuty a vyhodnoceny možné obtíže a přínosy standardizace projektového řízení ve firmě. The thesis is focused on analyzing the current situation of project management in the company FORMSERVIS, Ltd., identifying and proposing methods for its improvement. While modifying a standardized project management methodology, the use of appropriate software for project management and its benefits is emphasized. The methodology for modification of project management support with regard to the nature of its activities and the availability of relevant data is proposed on the basis of the literature review. In the practical part, an assessment of the current situation is performed and the form of implementation of the new standard is designed. As the most suitable method PRINCE2 methodology is selected with the use of MS Project software. The possible problems and advantages of standardization of project management in the company are summarized and evaluated in the discussion and conclusion.
